This isn’t a duplicate post. We did this hike almost exactly a year ago and before on May 10th in 2014. It’s a May hike!
It was almost the same this year.
The creek was rushing the same
There were still lots of trillium
And we were turned back by the same big stream crossing where we could see the falls. I took about the same picture of the falls. See if you can see a difference.

The stats were also about the same.
There was a lot of signal jitter at our final resting spot along the creek that added at least a quarter mile to the total distance.
