Sunday, I went on what is, I guess since I did it last year too, my annual Blackberries Run.
The Interurban North Trail starts about a mile northeast of home and there is a stretch along it of about a quarter to half a mile that is lined on both sides with blackberry brambles. Yeah they are weeds and they have nasty thorns but they produce oh so sweet berries every year around this time.

They cut them back quite a bit this year but there is still a lot available. All I have to do is run about 5 miles to get to them.
