I’d propose that we modify the page to be more generic. Just talk about the banquet is and that we normally have it during Engineers Week. We can then put a place holder for a post that can be used to make announcements about the upcoming event with registration information and so forth.
After the event the report can go into the place holder spot. That post should have a photo of the recipients and the keynote speaker and whatever else we want in there.
